Zdravo svima! Pre nekoliko dana sam gledala neku hranu na Pinterestu i sinula mi je ideja. Mogla bih i ja nesto da spremim. Spremila sam i jedno slatko jelo i jedno slano. Nadam se da cete i vi napraviti ove recepte i da ce vam uspeti kao sto su meni. Krenimo! 

1. Tortilla chips piletina 


Sastojci:

•pileci file 

•majonez

•tortilla chips 

Umak:  

•krem sir 

•pavlaka za kuvanje

Priprema:

Pileci file iseckati na zalogajcice. Staviti u ciniju sa majonezom i dobro izmesati. Usitniti tortilla chips/nachose i uvaljati u piletinu. Staviti u pleh na papir za pecenje i peći na 190 stepeni, 15-20 minuta. 



Umak: 

Pomesati jednu kasiku neutralne pavlake (pavlake za kuvanje) i jednu kasiku krem sira i staviti ma sporet da se otopi. 

2. Secerni keksici 


Sastojci: 

•3 1/2 soljice brasna 

•1 1/4 soljice secera

•230 grama margarina (na sobnoj temperaturi) 

•1 jaje

•1 1/2 kafena kasicica praska za pecivo (cela kesica) 

•1 kafena kasicica soli

•1 kafena kasicica vanil secera (mozete i celu kesicu ako zelite da ima aromu vanile) 

•Modle za kolace

Priprema: 

U jednoj ciniji izmiksajte margarin i secer (ako zelite da lakse izmiksate margarin iseckajte na manje komade). Dodajte jaje i vanilin secer. U drugoj ciniji, promesajte kasikom (nema potrebe za mikserom) brasno, prasak za pecivo i so. Polako dodajte suve sastojke u margarin, secer, jaja i vanilin secer. Ja sam prvo mesala kasikom i posle sam mesala rukama. Naravno prvo sipajte malo brasna na vase ruke. Napravite oblik lopte i umotajte u providnu foliju (samolepljiva) i stavite u frizider da stoji sat vremena. Dok cekate, mozete da operete sudove i spremiti sve sto vam treba. A mozete i vi da jedete nesto jer treba dugo vremena za pravljenje ovih kolaca. Tako brzo prodje tih sat vremena. Nakon tih sat vremena, uzmite oklagiju, soljicu brasna (da biste mogli da sipate malo na oklagiju, testo i ruke i na modle da se ne bi testo lepilo). Podelite testo na pola i uzmite jednu polovinu i krenite da ,,sirite” testo oklagijom. Uzmite modle i pravite oblike. Kada mislite da ste gotovi jer je od te jedne polovine testa ostalo malo opet urolajte u loptu i ponovo sirite oklagijom secete modlom… Opet isto radite sa drugom polovinom. Meni je jedna polovina zauzela ceo pleh.Pecite na 180 stepeni od 8-10 minuta. I da, nemojte mnogo da skupljate kolacice jer onda kad se budu pekli spojice se. Ako hocete samo jedan pleh da pecete, mozete da pravite pola mere ili da zamrznete jedan deo smese i onda odmrznete kada hocete da pecete ponovo.

Hello everyone! Few days ago, I was on Pinterest and saw some food and I’ve gotten an idea. I can cook something. Today I made a salty dish and also a sweet dish. I hope you’ll use these recipes and make them. Let’s get started!

1. Tortilla chips chicken 


Ingredients: 

•chicken 

•mayonnaise 

•Tortilla chips/nacho chips

For dipping:

•cream cheese 

•cooking cream 

Preparation:

Cut the chicken into little squares. Put it into a bowl full of mayonnaise and mix it well. Mash some tortilla chips but don’t make it into dust. Put it onto a baking sheet and bake it at 190 C for 15-20 minutes.

 


Dipping preparation: 

Mix together 1 tbsp of cooking cream and 1-2 tbsp of cream cheese. Melt it on the stove. 

2. Sugar cookies


Ingredients:

3 1/2 cups of all purpose flour

1 1/4 cup sugar

2 sticks of margarine, room temperature

1 egg

1 1/2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp salt

1 tsp vanilla powdered sugar

Preparation: 

In the bowl of a mixer (or with a handheld mixer), cream together the butter and sugar until fluffy. Add in the egg and vanilla, then mix again until thoroughly combined. In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder and salt (mix with a spoon). Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. First, I mix it with a wooden spoon and then with my hands. Next, form a mixture into a bowl. Take the sticky no color (transparent) foil and put the mixture in that. Put into a refrigerator and let it chill in there for 1 hour. While you wait, you can wash the dishes and clean that mess in the kitchen, eat… When 1 hour is done take the mixture out. Take a rolling pin, some flour so you can put it on your hands, the mixture and on rolling pin and take some cuttes and also put some flour on it. Take the half of mixture and spread it and take cutters and cut some shapes. After you think you’re done with that half of mixture you can again form it into a ball and spread it again and again… Do that also to the other mixture. Put the cookies onto the baking sheet and don’t gather cookies very close because then they will match. A half mixture took one baking tray so if you don’t want to bake two baking trays make only a half a mixture or freeze one half and unfreeze it when you want to bake it. Bake on 180 C from 8-10 minutes.
